Before you email — quick fixes for the most common issues
Build failed in TestFlight
- Confirm the Bundle ID in Nova8 Settings exactly matches App Store Connect.
- Check that your Apple Developer membership is Active, not expired.
- Click Retry build — transient EAS network blips fix themselves.

Stripe checkout / billing issue
- If a charge succeeded but credits did not appear, refresh the dashboard. Credits land within seconds; on rare delays, allow up to 5 minutes.
- For refund requests, email us with the charge date and amount — processed within one business day.
- If checkout returns an error, your card issuer may have declined; try a different card or contact your bank.
App icon credit charged but no image generated
- Refresh the icon tab. Generated images sometimes appear after a brief delay.
- If the credit was charged but no image arrived, email us — we will refund the 20 credits manually.
TestFlight build not showing on iPhone
- Apple processes builds for 5–30 minutes after upload. Check App Store Connect → Activity.
- Pull-to-refresh inside the TestFlight app on your iPhone.
- If “Invalid Binary” appears, Apple emails the reason. Common: missing privacy policy URL or export-compliance flag.
In-app purchase not working
- IAPs only work on a real device with a sandbox tester account — not the simulator.
- Confirm the RevenueCat product ID matches App Store Connect exactly.
- App Store Connect product must be Ready to Submit, not Missing Metadata.

To resolve faster, send us:
- Your project ID (in the workspace URL after
/project/) - The account email for your Nova8 account
- A screenshot of what is broken (drag it into the email)
- What you expected vs what you got
- If applicable, the build ID from EAS or App Store Connect
