What to include when emailing support

To resolve faster, send us:

  1. Your project ID (in the workspace URL after /project/)
  2. The account email for your Nova8 account
  3. A screenshot of what is broken (drag it into the email)
  4. What you expected vs what you got
  5. If applicable, the build ID from EAS or App Store Connect
